Known as Boe Tec under the Duo Defector with Kem Aka Misterariffin, and better known as Bobbi Brawn on solo, he embarked his passion in deejaying at Thistle Hotel Port Dickson's Outdoor Beach Party in 2010. Extraordinarily, his first performance was a blast. It was just splendid, that he received numerous of offers to perform, mostly for private functions throughout the country since. His performance is famously known for the injection of upbeat groovy beats with luscious melodies of house and techno. It is also unique for the classy sound with the mixture of female and male vocals in most of his mixes. He is always particular, and can be also said as picky when it comes to selecting song mixes. To him, this is crucial to ensure each and every mix combines perfectly, to deliver an amazingly perfect result that keeps people on their feet ecstatically. His performances are undeniably always full of energy. In his work, he looks up to Erick Morillo, Dennis Ferrer, David Herrero, and DJ Chus as a source of inspiration and admiration. However, Carl Cox is the main influence for his works. Bobbi Brawn just loves his passion in music, style and vibe, and his prominent status as one of the true grand masters of dance music. As can be seen in the DJ magazine, Carl Cox as the number one DJ on this planet. In stretching his wings, Bobbi Brawn has since gone on to spin in major clubs in Kuala Lumpur such as Vanity Mansion (Click 2 Click Event), Neutral (Connexxion), Milk, Quinte, Daikanyama, Gridiron, Sultan Lounge, Casbah Mandarin Oriental and @Maison just to name a few. His recent works are at @Maison, successfully conducting Fiesta Picnic Pool Party July and Fiesta Picnic Pool Party October that has been the talk of town. His works have always been so successful that friends, partners and clients are never tired to have him around again in their next events. Since he started, he never stops. And he never turns back. Having played alongside with among the most outstanding people in the dance luminaries such as God Father Of Deep House Society DJ Gabriel, Terence C, DJ Hafidz (OMP), Funkayrol & Riz Nyl (Soundkod), Elf & Shah (Aurology), Bobbi Brawn now is one of the proud members of one of the rising label in Kuala Lumpur, PHU5ION. Aiming high to be the maestro in the scene, he wants people to know him in the dance scene as the Sound of Bobbi Brawn in the near future. He believes that not only hard work pays off, but it is also the spirit and passion towards the music that make dreams come true.
